Ingredients 8 items

  • 1 cup or 220 g softened butter
  • 1 cup or 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Cream or 170 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 3 cups or 420 g white self-raising flour
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or 150 g
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or 150 g
Add ingredients to my basket

How to prepare

  1. Whisk the butter and brown sugar until creamy then add the Nestlé® Cream and mix a little.
  2. Add vanilla, nutmeg powder and flour; Stir until well mixed. Add dark and white chocolate chips, mix well.
  3. Spoon tablespoonful of mixture for each cookie on a greased oven tray keeping 5cm between them.
  4. Bake in 180°C for 15 minutes.
