  • 350 g ready-made plain cake
  • ½ cup ground pistachio nuts or 50 g
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Cream or 170 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • ¼ cup butter or 50 g, softened
  • 200 g plain chocolate melted for coating

How to prepare

  1. Crumble the cake and place it in a large bowl. Add pistachio, Nestlé® Cream, vanilla powder and butter.
  2. Mix all ingredients well until a soft dough forms. Roll the mixture into small balls. Place balls on a tray and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Dip balls into the melted chocolate, place them back on a tray and allow chocolate to set.
