Ingredients 8 items

  • 5½ cups water or 1375 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 kg clams, washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh liquid cream or 60 ml
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

How to prepare

  1. Put water, MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup, tomato paste and black pepper in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add clams and simmer for another 5 minutes or until clams open.
  4. Add lemon juice, cream and dill. Stir and serve.
