HOW TO PREPARE

Place coconut in a 28x24cm baking tray at 180°C preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until coconut is golden color. Remove and set aside.

Place NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and butter in a nonstick saucepan, cook and keep stirring over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until the caramel is pale golden and thick.

Add the toasted coconut, rose water and blossom water to the prepared caramel. Stir until all are well combined.

Pour the mixture over 20x25 cm tray and flatten evenly.

Sprinkle and press pistachio on top. Cool into room temperature and place in the fridge. Cut into squares and serve.
