- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 medium Onions
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 4.5 cups Water
- 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
HOW TO PREPARE
Melt butter in a large saucepan, cook onions over medium heat with stirring for 8 minutes or until onions adopt a caramel color. Add mushrooms and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add water, MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup and black pepper. Bring to boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
Just before serving, divide cheese among serving bowls, pour hot soup into bowls and serve.
