  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 cup Cauliflower

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add and cook onions for 3-4 minutes or until softened.
  2. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup, bring to a boil while stirring.
  3. Add green peas, carrot, baby zucchinis and cauliflower and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve with toasted croutons.
