  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 tin canned sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

How to prepare

  1. Add water and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup and sweet corn to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil with constant stirring.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth using as stick blender or kitchen blender then strain.
  3. Return the strained soup to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir with cream.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
