HOW TO PREPARE

Place chicken pieces and water in a large saucepan. Bring to boil and skim froth as it appears.

Add onion, garlic, Frike, MAGGI Less Salt Chicken Stock cubes and cinnamon. Simmer covered for 1 hour or until Frike and chicken are cooked.

Season with black pepper then add artichoke, lemon juice and simmer for another 10 minutes or until artichokes are cooked.
