  • 250 g skinned chicken breasts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Frike
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1 small Cinnamon stick
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Place chicken, onion, garlic, Frike, water and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan.Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour or until Frike is cooked. Remove the cinnamon stick.
  2. Dissolve MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup in ½ cup or 125ml water then stir in the Frike. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 8 minutes.
