HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion for 3 minutes or until they become tender. Add coriander and stir for seconds.

Add the frike, tomato and tomato paste and stir for 3 minutes or until tomato is tender.

Add water and MAGGI Less Salt Chicken Stock cubes. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add carrot and artichoke bottoms. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes then add the fish cubes and cook for 6 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked.

Season with the spices. Stir gently and serve.
