  • For the brownies:
  • 10 Eggs
  • 3½ cups sugar or 800 g
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 450 g dark chocolate, 70% cocoa
  • 2½ cups butter or 600 g, unsalted
  • 3½ cups plain flour or 450 g
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons Vanilla essence
  • 1.3 cups Sour cream
  • For the chocolate glaze:
  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tin or 170 g NESTLÉ Cream
  • For the sesame nougat:
  • ½ cup sugar or 120 g
  • ½ cup butter or 120 g, unsalted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar syrup or 60 g
  • 1 cup or 130 g plain flour
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • Energy 1308 Kcal
  • Protein 17 g
  • Carbohydrate 146 g
  • Fats 75 g

To prepare the brownies, whip the eggs, sugar and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until fluffy.

Melt the chocolate and butter using the bain-marie method. Using a spatula, add the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, sour cream and the melted chocolate and butter to the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan until it reaches ¾ its height, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30-35 minutes. Keep aside to cool down.

For the chocolate glaze, melt the dark chocolate using the bain-marie method. Add NESTLÉ Cream and whisk manually to get a smooth mixture. Spread on top of the brownies and keep in the fridge.

For the nougat, boil the sugar, butter and glucose syrup, and then immediately add the flour and remove from heat. Add the sesame seeds and spread the mixture into parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes until golden in color. Display the crunchy nougat on top of the brownies before serving.
