Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes until they double in size. Strain and dry them in a preheated oven at low temperature for 10 minutes; then mix them with the granola cereals to obtain a nice mixture.

To prepare the sweet cream, mix the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, yogurt and gelatin in a saucepan and put them over medium heat for 5 minutes; then keep them in the fridge to set. Whip the cream and combine with the sweet cream mixture and lime zest.

In transparent glasses, put some mango cubes at the bottom and pour the sweet cream to fill ¾ of each glass, and then cover with the granola mixture to reach the top. Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve.
