HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a large saucepan, cook onions and garlic with stirring until they become tender. Stir in spices and carrots and cook with stirring for 2 minutes.

Add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 10-13 minutes.

Just before serving stir in the coriander.
