  • 250 g minced lamb
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Tomato paste
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

How to prepare

  1. Combine minced lamb, onion, and parsley in a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into small balls. Place lamb balls in an oven tray and bake in 200°C preheated oven for 10 minutes or until balls are cooked.
  2. Meanwhile add water and MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup in a large saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cooked lamb balls and stir.
  4. Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve.
