HOW TO PREPARE

Melt butter in a pan, add and cook meat over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add artichoke, MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup and water. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Add lemon juice and parsley, season with salt and black pepper and serve.
