Ingredients 7 items

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 g minced lamb
  • 100 g artichoke hearts, frozen and cut into thin slices
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 5 cups or 1250 ml of Water
  • 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How to prepare

  1. Melt butter in a pan, add and cook meat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add artichoke, MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup and water. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice and parsley, season with salt and black pepper and serve.
