Ingredients 8 items

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 g minced lamb
  • 1 small onion or 100 g, finely chopped
  • 50 g or ¼ cup brown rice
  • 7 cups or 1750 ml of water
  • 0.5 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper for taste

How to prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add and cook lamb and onion on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add brown rice, water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Add MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup and simmer for more 10 minutes.
  4. Season with pepper and serve.
