- 500 g cauliflower

HOW TO PREPARE

Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from water, drain and set aside

Heat oil in a large saucepan then cook the onion for 4-6 minutes or until golden. Add meat and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Add cinnamon, pepper, water, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, tomato paste and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes or until meat is tender.

Add the cauliflower and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft but not overcooked.
