Ingredients 11 items

  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium or 150 g onions, finely chopped
  • 500 g lamb cut as cubes
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • ¾ g ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 cups or 1250 ml water
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from water, drain and set aside
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan then cook the onion for 4-6 minutes or until golden. Add meat and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cinnamon, pepper, water, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, tomato paste and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
  4. Add the cauliflower and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft but not overcooked.
