Ingredients 7 items

  • 5 cups or 1250 ml of Water
  • 1 cup Mushrooms or 100 g chopped
  • 1 piece or 250 g chicken breast, cut into thin slices
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 lemon juice, small piece
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Spring onions, chopped

How to prepare

  1. Place water, mushrooms, chicken and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil under constant stirring and simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the parsley and spring onions then serve.
