- 5 cups Water
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Spring onions
HOW TO PREPARE
Place water, mushrooms, chicken and MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil under constant stirring and simmer covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the parsley and spring onions then serve.
