  • 8 Eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 50 g Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3.75 cups Plain flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons Baking powder
  • 0.75 cup Cream, 35%
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup butter

How to prepare

  1. Combine the eggs, salt, sugar and lemon zest in a mixer bowl, and whip for 10 minutes until fluffy. Add gently the NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and the concentrated lemon juice into the mixture and mix with a spatula.
  2. Sieve the flour and baking powder over the mixture, and then add the liquid cream, sour cream and butter and combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into rectangular paper cups until ¾ filled, and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and keep aside.
