  • 1 medium tomato or 150 g peeled and chopped
  • 50 g or ¼ cup rice
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 5.5 cups or 1375 ml water

How to prepare

  1. Place tomato, rice, MAGGI Lentil Soup and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
  3. Season with black pepper to taste and serve.
