HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.

Add garlic, parsley and curry and cook for 1 minute.

Add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes or until cooked.

Season with pepper and serve.
