  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, parsley and curry and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Season with pepper and serve.
