  • 150 g minced beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion

  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Lentil Soup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a large saucepan. Add chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add minced beef and fry for 4 minutes or until brown and cooked.
  3. Add cumin powder, water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to boil with constant stirring and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add parsley and season with lemon juice then serve.
