  • 150 g minced beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion

How to prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a large saucepan. Add chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add minced beef and fry for 4 minutes or until brown and cooked.
  3. Add cumin powder, water and MAGGI Lentil Soup. Bring to boil with constant stirring and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add parsley and season with lemon juice then serve.
Nutritious, rich and delicious, this soup will taste great with a little lemon juice and toasted whole-grain arabic bread! To complete and balance your meal, you can serve with it with a mixed salad of your choice.
