- For the base:
- 250 g Tea biscuits
- 1 cup butter
- For the filling:
- 2.5 cups Water
- 1 tin NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla powder
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 Lemon zest
- 2 medium ripe mangoes
- 2 cup whipping cream
HOW TO PREPARE
Combine biscuits and butter. Press the mixture into a loose bottom 26cm tart pan. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes.
Mix water and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Mix eggs, vanilla powder and cornflour in a mixing bowl then pour them into the hot milk mixture. Bring to boil with constant stirring until the mixture thickens.
Pour the final mixture into prepared biscuit base. Let it cool to a room temperature then gently scatter the mango cubes on top.
Whip the cream for 5-6 minutes or until it becomes stiff. Use cream to garnish the tart sides.
