  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion or 125 g finely chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper, green chopped
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 500 g chopped chicken
  • 3 medium tomatoes or 450 g peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup or 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a heavy saucepan, add and cook onion, chili and garlic over medium heat till onion are soft but not brown.
  2. Add chicken and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomato, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, water, tomato paste and cumin powder. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Add fresh chopped coriander and stir well.
  4. Serve with cooked rice or with tortillas.
