Ingredients 7 items

  • 4 cups or 1000 ml water
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 4 tablespoons NIDO Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 1 cup or 100 g ground almonds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 4 tablespoons white rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons rose water

How to prepare

  1. Add water, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, NIDO milk powder, ground almond, cardamom, and rice powder to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil under constant stirring.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer while stirring for 10 minutes. Stir in the rose water and remove from heat. Pour Mohallabiah into cups and chill.
  3. Pour Mohallabiah into cups and chill.
  4. Garnish with almonds and serve.
