  • 2 cups or 250 g muesli cereals
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
  • 125 ml or ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • For the topping:
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Cream or 170 g
  • 1 cup or 200 g hazelnuts chocolate paste

How to prepare

  1. Grease a 19 x 29cm rectangular shallow oven tray. Put baking paper on the bottom of the pan and extend over 2 opposite sides.
  2. Combine muesli cereals, Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, water, melted butter, eggs and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a prepared oven tray and bake in preheated oven at 170˚C for 20 minutes or until it becomes firm. Set aside to cool.
  4. For the topping: Combine butter, Nestlé® Cream and hazelnuts chocolate paste in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat with constant stirring for few moments or until mixture is smooth and well combined (don’t over heat).
  5. Pour Nestlé® Cream mixture over the cooled mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until it sets. Slice and serve.
