Heat oil in a large saucepan, sauté chopped onion and chopped mushroom for 3 minutes or until they tender. Add water and MAGGI Oat Chicken Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the fresh liquid cream, stir, and serve.
