HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a large saucepan, cook onions for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Add all the spices and stir for 1 minute.

Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add tomato puree, water and MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes. Cover and cook on low heat for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is well done.

Add Nestlé Cream and mix thoroughly. Cook for 5-6 minutes then stir in fresh coriander and serve.
