  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 small Onion, or 100 g, onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 small Carrot or 75 g, finely chopped
  • 300 g lean minced lamb
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ tablespoon Curry powder, or to taste
  • ½ tablespoon Plain flour
  • 4 medium Tomatoes or 600 g, finely chopped
  • 1 cup or 250 ml of water
  • 2 cubes MAGGI Less Salt Chicken Stock
  • 500 g fettuccini pasta cooked, or any kind of pasta of your choice

How to prepare

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry onions for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, ginger and carrots and fry for 2 minutes. Add minced meat and cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Add turmeric, curry powder, flour and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, water and MAGGI Less Salt Chicken Stock cubes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with the cooked pasta.
