Ingredients 6 items

  • 4½ cups water or 1125 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 300 g peeled prawns cut into cubes
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 small tomato or 100 g finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot or 100 g finely chopped

How to prepare

  1. Place water and MAGGI Cream of Mushroom Soup in a large saucepan, bring to a boil under constant stirring.
  2. Add prawns, garlic, tomato, and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with toasted herb croutons.
