  • 5.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Asparagus Soup
  • 1 pinch Saffron filaments
  • 1 small Potato
  • 1 tin canned sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 cup Asparagus
  • 250 g Salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup liquid cream

How to prepare

  1. Add water, MAGGI Asparagus Soup and saffron leaves to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil with constant stirring.
  2. Add potatoes then simmer for 6-7 minutes or until potato is ¾ cooked.
  3. Add sweet corn, asparagus, salmon and black pepper, simmer for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked.
  4. Add cream, stir gently and serve.
