Add water, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, MAGGI Asparagus Soup, yellow curry paste and ginger to a large saucepan.Bring to a boil with constant stirring.

Add mixed seafood and fish then simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Stir in fresh coriander and serve.
