Ingredients 8 items

  • 4 cups Water or 1 litre
  • 3 tablespoons MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Asparagus Soup
  • 0.5 teaspoon yellow curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 250 g Seafood mix thawed if frozen
  • 200 g white fish fillets chopped coarsely
  • 0.5 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

How to prepare

  1. Add water, MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, MAGGI Asparagus Soup, yellow curry paste and ginger to a large saucepan.Bring to a boil with constant stirring.
  2. Add mixed seafood and fish then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in fresh coriander and serve.
