  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 150 g Calamari cut in cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried lime powder
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 4 cups water or 1000 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup
  • 100 g cleaned and peeled shrimps
  • 100 g hammour fillet cut as cubes

How to prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add calamari, garlic, dried lime powder, tomato paste and cook with stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add water, MAGGI 11 Vegetables Soup, and then bring to a boil.
  3. Add shrimps and fish cubes.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
