Ingredients 9 items

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4.5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Asparagus Soup
  • 150 g Cauliflower
  • 150 g peeled shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • 1 pinch chili powder

How to prepare

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until onion is render.
  2. Add water, MAGGI Asparagus Soup, cauliflower and shrimps. Bring to a boil with stirring and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in coriander leaves and chili pepper. Using a stick blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  4. Serve with toasted croutons.
