Ingredients 7 items

  • 5 cups water or 1250 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 small carrot or 100 g, diced
  • 240 g or 1½ cups canned green peas
  • 400 g peeled shrimps cut and cleaned horizontally into 2 slices
  • 60 ml liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Add water, MAGGI Cream of Chicken Soup, carrot and green peas to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil with constant stirring then simmer for 10 minutes. Use a stick blender or kitchen blender and puree the soup then strain in a strainer.
  2. Pour the soup back to the cleaned sauce pan. Add shrimps and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until shrimps are cooked. Add light cream and lemon juice. Stir and serve.
