  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 200 g peeled shrimps
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Spring Season Soup
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 cup fresh baby corn
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Warm olive oil in a saucepan, add chopped onions and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add shrimps and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add water and MAGGI Spring Season Soup. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for another 3-4 minutes over low heat.
  4. Add lemon juice and serve.
