  • 385 g fresh cream
  • 1 vanilla stick, or 2g vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tin Nestlé® Cream or 170 g
  • 250 g strawberry, cut into slices
  • For the strawberry sauce:
  • 250 g Strawberry
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3 drops lemon juice

How to prepare

  1. Mix fresh cream, vanilla, sugar, egg yolks, corn flour and bring to boil. Remove from heat, add the NESTLÉ Cream and mix.
  2. In small glasses, put the strawberry slices and pour over the mixture slowly using a piping bag if available.
  3. Put them in fridge to cool down, and prepare the strawberry sauce by blending the fresh strawberry with the sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Add the strawberry sauce on top and serve.
