Ingredients 8 items

  • 200 g chicken breast fillets, skinned and cut into thin slices
  • 6 cups water or 1500 ml
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 1 cup mushrooms or 100 g, cut into quarters
  • 1 medium carrot or 150 g, cut into round slices
  • 1 cup broccoli or 150 g, cut into small florets
  • ¼ teaspoon white ground pepper
  • 200 g tofu, cut into medium cubes

How to prepare

  1. Add chicken, water, MAGGI Chicken Noodle Soup, and mushroom in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  2. Add carrots, broccoli florets, and white pepper, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add tofu, stir gently, and serve.
