HOW TO PREPARE

Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the lamb fillet and fry for 6-7 minutes or until it becomes golden brown. Add the onions and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, sweet bell pepper, dissolved MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, tomatoes and black pepper. Stir and boil for 5 minutes or until vegetables become tender.

Spoon the lamb mixture on the opened long roll bread and sprinkle the top with the grated cheese. Place in preheated oven of 200°C for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
