Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers and set aside.

Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add ginger and cumin, stir over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add water, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, peanut butter lemon juice and chili sauce. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes.

Grill or barbecue lamb skewers until cooked as desired and serve with Satay sauce.
