Ingredients 10 items

  • 750 g tender lamb cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1.5 cups or 375 ml water
  • 1 cube MAGGI Chicken Stock
  • 130 g or ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons coriander finely chopped

How to prepare

  1. Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add ginger and cumin, stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add water, MAGGI Chicken Stock cubes, peanut butter lemon juice and chili sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Grill or barbecue lamb skewers until cooked as desired and serve with Satay sauce.
