Handle pineapple with care! If you aim to eat it or incorporate it in your sweet or savory recipes, make sure to use it promptly. Why? The longer it's exposed to air and light, the more it loses from its vitamins, especially vitamin C!

Is pineapple rich in vitamins and minerals?

Delicious and refreshing pineapple is rich in vitamin C and manganese! Not only that, but it's also a good source of vitamin B1 and magnesium!
