  • 1 kg baby zucchini
  • 200 g peeled shrimps
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch Chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • For béchamel sauce:
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 sachet MAGGI Idea of the Day Béchamel Mix
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

How to prepare

  1. Hallow the baby zucchinis, and set aside.
  2. Combine shrimps, garlic, cheese, parsley, and spices, then stuff zucchini with it.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the stuffed zucchini on all sides until it becomes almost golden in color. Place on a baking dish.
  4. Place milk and MAGGI Secrets Béchamel Mix in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Then simmer for 3-4 minutes with constant stirring.
  5. Pour mixture over the stuffed zucchini, then sprinkle grated cheese.
  6. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 20 minutes or until top becomes golden in color.
